You are invited to the Richmond Hill reception for Merk Photography's 2nd Annual Portraits of Giving exhibit. This photography exhibit is traveling from Aurora and Newmarket to it's final stop in Richmond Hill. Portraits of Giving honours seven exceptional York Region people who have given back to their communities in significant ways. Photography by Karen Merk, LPPO, blended with the written word by author Heather Anne Lambert, creates a three dimensional story of these special people, and the inspiration behind their community work.
Join us at our reception at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts on Thursday November 3rd from 7 p.m - 9 p.m. to honour people helping people. Dessert refreshments will be provided and entertainment includes a special performance from a few members of the Richmond Hill Philharmonic Orchestra to help us celebrate this exciting exhibit!
In the spirit of giving back, we are suggesting a donation of $5 per person for the Heart & Stroke Foundation at the reception. A charitable tax receipt will be issued for all donations of $15 or more at the door. Please note that the $5 suggested donation does not qualify for a charitable tax receipt.
